River's Edge Cafe - Réservation de table

I really wish I could rate this place more highly. The food is good, but the staff is incredibly rude. We all know how hectic busy hours can be, but the waiters and servers here are downright disrespectful. Today, when I went to place a takeout order, a waiter literally threw a menu at me when I asked for one. Then, when I was trying to tell the server what I wanted, she waved her hand at me to hurry up. The food is great, but it's not worth enduring such poor service.

Only BAD THING I can say is we called ahead to ask specifically did they have handicapped entrance, they said YES, and once we got there, there were steps you had to go up, with NO HANDICAPPED entrance whatsoever! Luckily few guy customers helped literally lift me up stairs so I could get in. God bless those guys who helped me! This is why WV people are the best imo! Great food though!

My wife and grandson wanted McDs but I wanted the Cafe. My wife and grandson got a better meal. My fries were soggy, my burger was burnt with an old bun and the stuffed mushrooms were dry. I paid twice as much for a meal that wasn't as good as fast food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The restaurant remains one of the best spots for wings! However, the service has declined recently, likely due to some new waitstaff with little to no experience, as was apparent during wing special day yesterday. I will definitely return, but I’ll be sure to ask not to be seated in her section. Réservez une table maintenant

Line is always busy, cant ever order any food. Will skip your song on the jukebox if they don't like it, which costs you money. Food is fine. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The wings are absolutely delicious, and the beer is served ice cold. The atmosphere is so inviting that you'll want to linger and chat.
