It's been a while since I visited the Chimney Rock location in Flemington due to my previous experiences with slow service. However, during my recent visit, I was pleased to find that the seating time was quick and the service significantly improved. Unfortunately, the pizza was not as delicious as I remembered; the cheese lacked flavor, and I found myself needing to add salt to enhance the taste. On the bright side, the pizza was still thin and crispy with a perfect crust. We went about. 45 minutes to a fair from where we live and decided to dinner around this location. My wife found this place and it was a lot of fun, lots of space inside, but we chose to sit outside on such a beautiful day. They had good drinks and the food was delicious. My wife and I shared some fried pimples with a spicy dipping sauce and then split a BBQ plate with brisket and pulled pork and ribs and garlic sweet potatoes and cola. Everything was so good. We were greeted and seated quickly at 1:45 on a Sunday. Server offered suggestions from several categories on the menu. We started out with the Blanco Tots: ahh-may-zing. It's like a Mexican-ish dish had a baby with tater tots. Everything was so fresh flavorful. The gown-up grilled cheese was just as tasty, which made up for the lack of cheese on the sandwich. The pizzas also looked so yummy. Maybe we'll try that next time. Don't miss this place. Service food prices are ON POINT!
This place when I first walked in and we were brought to our table. The room we were in was so freaking cute. I couldn't believe it. It is like the perfect place to have a small intimate wedding with the flowers all over and the fireplace and the food. Wow the food was amazing. We had people with allergies and the manager came out after speaking directly with the chef to tell us certain things were in certain foods that were ordered. Awesome caring staff.

Our waitress was fantastic! We ordered a quesadilla, which tasted like a margarita pizza. I didn’t mind, though! The mac and cheese sandwich was delicious, although it did have some fuzz on the toast. Then we tried the tacos, which were the highlight of the meal! I would love to explore more items on the menu. The mac and cheese sandwich came with garlic wedges, which we chose. I took photos before I noticed the fuzz!
Super friendly bartenders who were definitely upstairs! They kept our drinks full without asking us. We ordered the vegan chilli pizza because I never had chili on my pizza. It was good, but I wasn't a fan of crust. I think it was whole wheat or gluten-free or so... either so, I loved all vegan options available.
Modifying my review. Comments about food and service still the same. Not happy that they are charging a new FEE on the bill. Inflation is hitting us all. I think the service charge is BS. Not going back until they stop charging it. Always a good stable meal at OK prices. Good service. Good menu choices.
The pizza is consistently outstanding and might just be the highlight of the menu. The Big Rock Burger is also fantastic, and it surpasses a Big Mac by a long shot. However, the buffalo wings are a bit underwhelming and lack substantial meat.

One of the best Turkey Burgers around!! Delicious Carolina coleslaw. All served by an outstanding young man Aidan! And for those complaining about ‘Hidden Charges’, If you read the bill You had teo options, cash or credit! Yes your choice!
