China Buffet really isn't that great of a place, first off let's start with the downsides of this place, since it's near many motels and hotels or even apartments, they have multiple customers, which is good for business but they don't know how to handle all the customers they get, honestly it's a waste of time and there's nothing special, it's recommended going to other buffets if you actually want good service and food, nothing here is good, most of it is old and sometimes dirty, also another downside is that they don't get the food out on time, which is understandable because they're always so busy but they should find ways to implement possibly more employees or even to go the full lengt...
This place doesn't even deserve one star. This is literally the worst restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life. The inside was dingy and packed with people attempting to find something edible or anything that bore some resemblance to what you would typically eat at a Chinese restaurant. The hibachi grill is a joke. I couldn't finish eating anything on my plate because it tasted that bad. I didn't even finish my soda because it tasted funny. You know it's bad when you can't even drink the drinks.I honestly believe that some of these positive reviews are fake.Don't go here unless you are actively looking for the worst place to eat in Charlotte.
Horrible customer service! If I could give zero stars I would. I'm going to say our waitress was favoring other tables more than ours. She literally walked around our table and didn't refill our drinks, straws with out us having to chase her down and continously ask her.The food was subpar, save your money and just order take out from somewhere else.$17.99 for a buffet- this buffet just isn't worth it. The variety isn't there and sadly they don't even know what they serve.I asked if they had sweet and sour chicken and was told no only to find it myself ??Eat here at your own risk.
This place is everything you'd expect from a China Buffet. The food is plentiful and honestly not bad for a buffet! Sometimes you'll find that a dish has gotten a little cold if it's not very popular; however, that's not typical of most dishes. The staff is friendly and do a great job of tending to a lot of people. Sanitation is always hard with buffets like this, but I feel like they do a pretty good job. My favorite thing to get here is their Korean Hotpot!If you're looking for quantity over quality, you'll be in good company here. Réservez une table maintenant
that's one of my daughters and my favorite place to eat. eating is delicious and there is enough space for everyone. I have a big family and they move table without asking me to just fit us. they also take out! sanitize their hands they pack their tablet and fill it with what they want. get it weighed and go. you will not be disappointed!
eating was decent, a little crowded for me. it is difficult to go in the food area because the walks are not sufficiently spaced so that they must be careful not to bump into someone. they have increased the prices since our last visit. there were 2 of us, 2 adult buffets, both had water and it was over $38.
Okay, you're coming here, you're gonna be surprised. I call the north side. the university side. for me very few good restaurants. this place excellent eating fresh. the personal is the inspiration of the waiting staff in the city. So, give your respect and a beautiful meal.
Nothing special, I have not been to a Chinese buffet in years and now I know why. No new sanitary standards being practiced, bothered me years before and nothing has been updated. The variety was good ,fresh items coming out periodically.. $60 later and I will never be back. Réservez une table maintenant
