A little over a year ago, the old owner finally sold this spot. She was nice, but she had the habit of putting the ground pork on a tray on a table in the dining area while her family made dumplings with it by hand. Her son didn’t fill water glasses until asked, then he’d touch the top of your glass. So glad the new owners are clean and courteous. I visited tonight and the place had six out of nine tables filled with young families. They had a brisk and steady stream of takeout orders coming through. There was a young woman and a young man taking orders and being pleasant. Food came out quickly and was good. I ordered Cantonese Chow Mein, pan-fried. This dish requires the right type of noodl...
