I order chicken and garlic sauce with no vegetables. The gentleman on the phone confirmed my order and repeated it back to me. He said, “so you only want white rice, chicken, and sauce. No vegetables”. When the food came half the plate was broccoli. I called the store and was told I can pick out the broccoli. First of all, I didn’t pay $20 to pick out broccoli. Second, where is the rest of my chicken. The owns was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me that’s what I ordered. Long story short, that’s the very last time I order from there. Never again
I called the China Delight Restaurant to tell them that the chicken they delivered was not fully cooked. They responded in a highly disrespectful manner stating some people like soft chicken not crispy chicken. To which I replied the chicken is not cooked and could get someone sick. The owner laughed and said we only talking to you because you order many times, anybody else we just hang up. This restaurant does not care about its customers new or old. It felt as though since they are not feeding their families with this food they don 't care.
I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, as it's my go-to spot. However, last week when I called to place an order, I was rudely shouted at by the man who answered the phone. I decided to cancel my order and ended up choosing Ha Bo instead. There's no excuse for treating a long-time customer like that.
The staff can be quite rude! While the food is decent, I often find that the customer service is lacking. Whenever I try to place an order over the phone, I frequently encounter impatience and rudeness, and sometimes my call gets abruptly disconnected. It's just not worth the hassle for me.

If I could, I would give them a zero rating. The person taking the orders had no customer service skills. The food was undercooked; the rice was hard and difficult to eat. I will never eat here again, even if they are the only Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood.
I love their tostones and wings. They are nicely fried and do not have grease dripping like other places. This is one of our go to Chinese places around here. They are always fast for delivery and take out. When I get delivery the man is so nice and respectful.
I have been going here since the 90 's. This is my Childhood spot. My father has been going here for years Dave#9 i moved out of NY and had to come back and visit. Food is still amazing.
The food is good but the employees was so rude I made a delivery I never ordered a soda with the meal he give it to me and being mad cause I give him 10 dollars when I never ordered that

I order Ribs from them and it was spoiled the meat wasn't good, when I call and told them. They were very rude. I will never order from this place ?
Rude people and uncooked food don't order from there. You might get food poisoning.
