Terrible customer service! I ordered General Tso's Chicken with lo mein instead of fried rice, but instead received a container of General Tso's sauce and a large serving of lo mein. When I called to request a discount and a replacement, the staff member immediately insisted that they don't make mistakes and informed me that I would have to pay for a re-delivery instead of correcting their error. He then told me they would review the phone call from my order, and sure enough, it showed them asking me three times if I wanted General Tso's Chicken with lo mein, which I confirmed each time! Waited in line for 10 mins without being acknowledged at all. Another person walks in and gets his order taken right away. They didn’t acknowledge my presence until I had enough and walked out. Then they called me to tell me my order was ready as I was pulling out of the lot. I don’t know why they expected me to come back after I already stood there for 10 mins in that hot store just to be ignored until they regretted it and realized they just lost money. If they had the same urgency to attend to me while I was in store they wouldn’t have to throw out two meals that won’t be picked up now.
The woman taking orders intentionally leaves out certain sauces when you request them, which is unacceptable. I always tip for delivery. However, the delivery driver seems reluctant to even get out of his car. He doesn't deserve a tip.
Good place, I seen no problems. Except the time there was hair Inside the box was hair,but at least it wasn't in the food. Overall its decent and nothing very mind-blowing but still good.

I picked up a late meal on my way home. The service was lackluster; it seemed like everyone was just exhausted. The beef lo mein was just as mediocre as the service.
The food was only average the last time I visited. It’s frustrating that they don’t accept credit cards, so I had to leave my meal behind this time.
Wonton soup give a 4/10 and chicken and broccoli 2/10 chicken and broccoli sauce is not the normal sauce and has no taste
Food is getting better. I finally got the broccoli in sauce that I wanted and not the red garlic sauce. Very good

Just straight up nasty the chicken wings were so unappetizing the shrimp weren’t even clean!!!!! Never again !
Been going here for years. I always get the fried rice and chicken wings and they always slap.
