Well... goodness is up. They are always with you and try to pamper you. It only works until you take the first bite to you. Every food must have salt, acidity and sweetness. They beat every food. There was no sweetness and acidity. Especially the Beijing soup, which really should be my highlight, impresses with sweetness, acidity and sharpness. It was something wrong. Eight treasures went, but in every dish it was missing this feeling of Chinese spice combs. The chicken cure was the worst: a thick stamp that only tasted after cream. I couldn't eat the duck anymore because it burned completely and floated in Sonjaöl. The Mongolian part dominated by freshness, but only until it was kicked into the coma beyond the cooking point. The meat was barely recognizable from each other and tasty after the cooking point. I totally forgot the dessert and the fish.
A super tasty Chinese, where you can eat both from the map and buffet. How rich the food is from the map, I can't say because I've only taken the buffet so far. The buffet is more than big, there are really everything. You can also make fresh ingredients and make it directly from the cook, freshly prepared, simply delicious. The only thing that's not so beautiful is the ambience. This has something from a large dining room. But whoever doesn't mind, it's good here.
We are relatively often at Zhong Guo, because the buffet is super big and tasty and you can eat properly for little money. The highlight is of course the cook, which is freshly prepared on site. The only thing I have to do is on site. The restaurant looks like I'm eating in a canteen, but the food will take it away.
