I’ve been living in the area for about three and a half years and have ordered from Little Basil countless times—probably around 40 to 50. That alone says a lot. The food has consistently been hot, delicious, prompt, and accurate, with just one minor exception. Given their impressive track record, they definitely deserve a 4.9 rating. Where else can you find a place that's nearly perfect, except for one small mistake? The error wasn’t even that significant; I received chicken roast rice instead of pork roast rice. I was a bit grumpy at the time because it was late and I was really hungry (and yes, I admit I feel a bit sheepish about that). So, I decided to take a break from ordering for a wh...

China Garden used to be my go-to spot for Chinese delivery during my first month of college. I loved their Szechuan tofu, which I often paired with fried rice. Everything was great—until the end of September when I decided to try their hot and sour soup along with my usual order. That's when I discovered hair in my food. Normally, I wouldn't make a big deal out of one stray strand, but I found hair in two of the three dishes I ordered. The worst part was finding hair in my hot and sour soup while I was enjoying it, which really spoiled the experience. After reading some reviews on Yelp, it's clear that cleanliness isn't a priority for China Garden. Although I genuinely love their Szechuan to...

The food is good here. Not great. It's convenient as I can call in my order and walk over they have delivery but its such a short walk for me that I might as well. The prices are decent and they have some coupons in their menu that we take advantage of. I've had fried rice a few times and it's just lacking something but we eat it. Had the chicken and cashews once and that was a bit blah as well. The moo shu pork was flavorful. Scallion pancakes are good. Basic egg rolls. Wonton soups broth was a bit greasy on top and the last time I had it the broth was dark usually I've only had a pale yellow broth. The service is good and friendly.

The food at this restaurant is representative of traditional Chinese cuisine—it's quite tasty and, in my view, ranks among the best in the Main Line area. However, nothing particularly distinguishes it from other similar establishments, and the prices are a bit steep for Chinese food. Moreover, the "do not eat here" sign hanging up feels rather impolite. After all, it’s the customers who are paying for the tables and chairs! Réservez une table maintenant

We always go for our favorites: the veggie fried rice and spicy garlic bread, which are the best I've ever tasted. We also tried the orange chicken and crab lagoon, and they were both quite good. However, nothing can compare to the broccoli. Even though we no longer live in the area, we still place orders from here several times a month.

New customer in Little Basil! Your food is always fresh, tasty and not let down in oils. I love that their restaurant does not allow you, but through a customized door / drag with a intercom for all pickups. Five stars for Covid security measures. Would recommend

The restaurant has been closed for a few months, which is unfortunate since it was the only Chinese restaurant within walking distance from my house. The food was generally decent—nothing extraordinary—but I did find a few of their tofu dishes to be quite tasty.

The Chinese food is quite greasy. They really promote the idea of enjoying your meal in the comfort of your own home, which I can appreciate. However, since it's Chinese food, you might find yourself feeling regret about 20 minutes after you finish eating. Réservez une table maintenant

This is my third time ordering from Little Basil, and I went for my go-to dishes: white meat General Tso and Mongolian beef. Both meals were just as delicious and fresh as ever. I'm excited to share the pictures with you!
