China Hall Take Away

I recently ordered a takeout curry with boiled rice from this restaurant, as we have enjoyed their hot and delicious curries in the past. However, when it arrived today, it was only lukewarm and didn't taste as good as usual. I was also disappointed to learn that they no longer accept checks as payment. We had to microwave the food as we couldn't enjoy it at such a low temperature. It seems that the quality of this restaurant has declined since November 2021.

First time ordering from China Hall as our local Chinese was closed for xmas holidays. Ordered a chicken curry and another main dish with appetisers. My girlfriend ordered the chicken curry and the sauce that it was in was absolutely disgusting, wasn't even edible and the meal wasn't eaten. The prawn toast was also very greasy. Won't be using again!

The curry I ordered had burnt meat and onions visible in it, and the smell of burning was so strong that I could detect it before even opening the container. Despite my hunger, I tried to eat it, but unfortunately, it tasted burnt and was completely inedible.

Food is good, but no better than across the road at Southam Kitchen. And Southam Kitchen is cheaper… try their chilli chips! Simply, they are cash only, don’t provide receipts and then short change you and deny it. Save yourself a fiver. Réservez une table maintenant

The food tasted like it had been cooked the day before, it made both myself and my girlfriend feel sick. Very tough meat and too much salt on salt and pepper chicken. All in all 1 out of 5 rating, not impressed.

Have tried many a takeaway in the area. China Hall is number 1! Wonderful staff, always so friendly can helpful!!! Delicious food, consistently!!! Never had a bad meal. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Food was lovely being overcharged was not…and when this was raised, the front of house staff member denied all knowledge, despite having repeated the price back to us.

I would consider this to be the best Chinese food I've ever had. We've dined here many times and have never encountered any issues. I would highly recommend it. Réservez une table maintenant

Its ok but the waiting times are always so long. Be prepared for an hour and a half wait if your ordering on a Saturday night.

Good quality food takeaway, priced to match local competition , we phoned was given a collection time and food was ready,
