I am disappointed and concerned about potential ownership changes at China King. I used to love ordering from them because their dishes stood out from the usual Chinese takeout places on the island. Their pork dumplings were especially delicious with a unique combination of flavors and thin wrappers. The meat filling had a darker color which added to the dish. However, the dumplings now taste bland and generic, with more dough than filling. The Moo shoo pork also seems different - not necessarily bad, but lacking the usual flavorful touch. I'm not sure if this is a cost-saving measure, but the quality has definitely declined. I hope this is just a temporary situation, but I am not very optim...
Our dining experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. We repeatedly asked about a specific item to the staff member at the counter, but our inquiries were ignored and we were never acknowledged. It felt like we were being treated as if we were looking for free food. Overall, the customer service was bad.
I placed and order. There were missing items. I called and they promised to call right back. They didnt do and now they do not answet my calls. I will do a credit card charge backUpdate. Manager answer and will send missing items. i called from different number). Driver came with missing items.
first time ordering from here Sweet and sour shrimp which comes in a food container from other places came in a wax bag. more batter hard and cold )than shrimp the shrimp also cold no excuse i live 5 mins away. gave 1 star can't give none

Ordered a chicken with broccoli, large white rice and a homemade tea. It was a little pricy overall. I also was missing a rice portion. The homemade tea was not sweet like almost every other place that makes homemade tea.
Delicious! The food was amazing and arrived in just 15 minutes (no joke). I highly recommend the General Tso chicken. The staff are very friendly and I'm sure you will love it too!
Asked for a GREEN TRIPPLE DELIGHT off the VEGATARIAN MENU and it came with beef, chicken and shrimp. I called them to resolve this issue and got screamed at.
