China moon has been my go to Chinese Restaurant for over a year. I have been disappointed the last few times I have ordered and feel as though the quality of the food has steadily declined over the past few months. Tonight the food was awful. The sweet and sour chicken was so dry that I couldn't eat it. It was super greasy, hard and tough as jerky.
