I ordered from this Chinese place solely for years because I loved their food, and drove over 40 minutes to eat only from them. I had an incident where a serious emergency arose and I could not come and get my food one time, and the lady hung up on me when I told her I had to cancel the order, offering no understanding about the situation at hand. I will never be returning from the service I received.
The food was reheated, over cooked and not something I would give my family. When I called for a refund they wouldn’t provide it. I drove the food down and left it there. They gave me a hard time about the refund. One of the items they charged me for I didn’t even get. Disgusting, dirty place and terrible service. There are so many better options for Chinese food near by. Won’t ever go back.
I really wish I could give a 0-star review. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The woman with blonde hair was extremely rude to me. I ended up leaving without my food. It was a dreadful experience.
The Chicken with Broccoli was supposed to come with fried rice, but it didn’t. When I returned to address the issue, the staff member told me, “Do not come here anymore!” Overall, my experience was terrible. Réservez une table maintenant
Horrible experience! I just bought chicken wings and found that they were undercooked. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
