This establishment has been extremely rude and disrespectful on multiple occasions. Whenever I place an order over the phone, the staff seems to have a negative attitude. When I requested extra sweet and sour sauce—since the small container they provide is insufficient—the lady laughed and started speaking in her native language, which I found very disrespectful. She even questioned my need for extra sauces. Additionally, the condition of their kitchen appears to be quite dirty. I will be reporting this to the health inspection authorities. Overall, my experiences here have consistently rated a 0 out of 10.
China Palace used to be the best spot for Chinese food in Stockton. The flavors were fantastic, but that's no longer the case. The chicken chow mein lacked taste, and I only found two small pieces of chicken in it! You've raised your prices while the quality has decreased. I’ll have to look for a new restaurant. Goodbye!
China palace is not worth it anymore. Ordered a wonton soup and Mongolian chicken, both tasted spoiled and unpleasant. Wonton meat did not look suitable for consumption also. Called to complain, lady was rude and insisted it was fresh. Do not recommend. Not going back there again.
If you reserve tables for an event, make sure you talk with the manager when you get in, and make sure you have the receipt. If you talk with the waiters, they do not know what you are talking about and will seat you elsewhere. If you speak Cantonese, it is much better.

Food is consistent and delicious. Building as age over the years but the food is always the same. Great service from their servers and prices point is great!! When it comes to Chinese food this is one of my favorites.
I ordered food through DoorDash and got the noodles, Mongolian beef, and sweet and sour chicken. Everything was inedible, and I had to throw it all away. I am so disappointed and disgusted.
