Being away from home for more than 10 days, I missed my usual Chinese food. I found this restaurant on tripadviser. It was a bit difficult to find the location as it is about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the train station. Nevertheless, the food (Yang Chow Fried Rice, Fried Noodles with Chicken, Sweet & Sour Pork, Fried Mixed Vegetables) was really good. The spring roll was salty, not to our liking. It really tasted like the typical local chinese food in Singapore. Chef and the waitress could coverse in mandarin and cantonese. They even offered to fill our bottles before we leave the restaurant.

Delicious! Menu is in German and English, outdoor seating is great in the warmer months. We were a party of 4 and there were raves all around. Cheap for Switzerland. My husband and I had 4 beers, water, and two entrees with fried rice for only 64 CHF. We will definitely be back.

Excellent food as always, prepared with a lot love and efficiently served. Sometimes, it is hard to find a restaurant in Wil, which is open on a Sunday over lunch time. The Hongkong Restaurant is definitively an option to be considered.
