On occasion we'd get soup or appetizers here, hadn't been here in years. Decided to get some lunch specials the other day because we were nearby. What an ordeal! At first I couldn't understand why the older guy kept screaming at the woman taking orders but it dawned on me that she might be hearing-impaired. She couldn't understand me and I didn't understand her and I don't think it's a language issue. She forgot one order and was annoyed when I pointed it out. When I got home I saw that she had packed one special upside-down and the bag had sauce ALL over it inside. Total mess. Great prices, fast service and good food! For those posting observations about the screaming/yelling/angry comments, I know what you mean. However, having grown up as first generation in an Asian home, this is totally normal and can sometimes be a sign of good vibes! Communication and marital relationships look VERY different for couples from other cultures, especially Asian cultures. I hope this comment provides some insight. Thanks for reading! Horrible communication can not communicate with the public have no patience The Worse customer service I ever encounter the men running the show needs to calm down and stop getting so hyper and yelling and screaming at the customer's they are in America and they need to understand English and they need to speak better English I will never step a foot inside that place they act like they are doing you a favor
Lady was nice at the counter the take out area looks very outdated.Paid $20.00 for 2 lunch specials not bad. The 4 ribs had very little meat smoothered with bbq sauce. Not much to it the chicken was mostly tendents with tons of dough. The rice was from day before. Between this place and Garden China I have not been able to locate a good asian take out spot in Marple.

This is a classic Chinese takeout spot! It's fantastic and has been serving the community for as long as I can remember. Anyone who criticizes this place just doesn't understand its charm! Where else can you find good Chinese food in Newtown Square? It's right here!
The staff is friendly, and the location is convenient with plenty of accessible parking. However, the takeout we ordered unfortunately made us sick with food poisoning. I'm not sure what caused that, but it’s disappointing, and I won’t be returning.
I've ordered chicken with broccoli and shrimp with broccoli multiple times. While the flavors are somewhat mild, it's a decent place if you're craving Chinese food. I recommend adding hot chili oil for an extra kick.
No stars!!!! They have horrible customer service! They so quick to hang up on you! They do not try to accommodate you at all! Thry would never get my money again!
