I saw this place when I was on a trip to Chester, chips looked delicious and had a wide range of sauces and decided to try. Wow these chips were the best I’ve had in my life!! I only ordered a regular but the girl who served me was lovely and gave me a good serving, filled my chips right to the top, amazing value for money. The blue cheese dip was legendary, I’ve always wanted to try blue cheese dip but I’ve never saw it in England before, definitely exceeded my expectations. Would definitely be here all the time if there was one local to me, it’s a shame I live in Manchester! Loved the food and service!
Yes, these are chips. Yes, they are more expensive than your typical chips. But to be fair, they are not your typical chips. Mine were perfectly crispy and hot. My wife mentioned they were triple fried. I can't confirm that, but the blue cheese dip paired excellently with the chips. While this concept isn't new, it is executed exceptionally. So, dig into your pockets and treat yourself to some chips. You might just fall in love with them.
High expectations were definitely met at Chip’d. There has been so much positive buzz surrounding this place, and I can see why. My personal experience was amazing, and the food was above and beyond. The Dutch fries were delicious, and the variety of dips available was impressive. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon.

really nice chips, very tasty. not many Dutch dips available, usually only generic sauces. if the price came down, I would eat more here, but it is hard to justify £5 for some chips, even if they are very tasty.
good place for riding. chips, however, do not seem to be boiled three times as in the lowlands. Nevertheless, she liked that they put the sauce in a special container instead of drowning their chips in it.

Beautiful Bitterballen (albiet ordered in frozen) and just the right mix of mayonnaise and satay to make a convincing Patatje Oorlog. Fries are twice fried, well drained and perfectly salted.
