I visit Chipotle once a week, and I have to say it's the worst location in Northern NJ. The staff always seem disinterested, with negative attitudes and expressions. My girlfriend and I have noticed a particular employee we call “Rationers” because we know we’re about to receive very small portion sizes when they’re working. The issue with portion sizes is so severe that we've received complimentary meals from Chipotle’s customer service due to the small servings. dreadful service! they women work focused on talking to their friends standing between customers. another was on a video call and took her time to restock the missing items. the line was out of the door and it didn't matter to them. they were out of the flesh I had ordered so that she was one piece there and covered it with the bons. then took my bowl and pushed her away from the other young lady to tell her that she did nothing else with the order. it was my first time at this place and the last. Never order online pick up, your guaranteed to get a sloppy thrown together bowl that will be missing something. What i don't understand is they have a whole shelving system put in place where its organized based on letters in last name and they don't even use it, instead they throw it on the counter next to them and no one knows if you can grab it or not. Literally the worse, management really needs to care about this section and follow cooperate policy’s and actually manage the employees of the section.
This Chipotle location tends to be quite busy, even during hours when you might expect it to be slower. It's primarily staffed by a Dominican team that does a great job, which speaks to the stability and efficiency of the staff—an impressive feat given the high turnover common in many other locations. One minor drawback is the wait time, which can be noticeable even for online orders, although it's usually manageable. Overall, it's a solid choice for a meal.

I placed an order on the app about 40 minutes before closing time. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. They prepared my burrito incorrectly, using the wrong meat and not even wrapping it as I requested. Instead, they just placed it in a bowl and gave me a hot tortilla on the side. They also forgot to include the chips, but somehow included the drink I ordered. Overall, it was not a great experience.
Usually don’t ever have problems with his Chipotle but there was some sort of alarm beeping pretty loud the entire time I was in there. I asked the cashier about the noise and he said “oh no it never turns off it… you just get used to it.” They also ran out of queso because it wasn’t ready.
If i could give this place 0 stars i would. 2 separate orders came with ROTTEN guacamole. Looked like it was out for days and brown. Terrible! How do you send food out like this? When you call you also cant speak to anyone. This location does not deserve to stay in business
I ordered online for pickup and had some difficulty specifying one of my items. When I went to collect the food, the girl Sayda (apologies for any misspelling) was very helpful and accommodating.

During this pandemic, everyone is feeling a bit crazy! I'm not one to call in my lunch order, so instead, I park and walk in for takeout. There are people like me who prefer to just walk in.
There was an insect found in my friend's food at the restaurant. Other guests also took pictures of similar bugs.
