I worked at Chipotle Mexican Grill for almost three months, and manager Jordan Brown has refused to give me my final paycheck. The restaurant also neglects several important safety protocols, including not properly cleaning cutting boards and mishandling the tongs used for flipping meat off the grill, along with many other obvious safety issues. If you decide to try the menu at this location, I wish you the best of luck.
I really enjoyed my chipotle bowl with chicken, and my husband loved his Barbacoa taco. This time, there was a generous amount of meat compared to previous visits, where they usually skimp on the protein. The guy who served us just started working there three days ago, and he did a fantastic job. The staff was friendly overall, and the food was outstanding today. Great job!

I visited the Aedenwood location for the first time and was impressed by how clean it was and the quality of the food. This time, I tried the chicken bowl with cauliflower rice, and it was delicious. I’ll definitely add more spice next time!
The staff here are rude, the service is incredibly slow—quite the opposite of the fast-paced Chipotle locations near universities—and they don’t apologize when online orders are messed up. Avoid this location, even if the meal is free.
Be careful if you are ordering online. I waited in store for 30min after my pick up schedule time.They completely ignored online orders. It’s much faster ordering food in store.
The staff at this Chipotle really knows how to do things right! My chicken salad was made exactly the way I wanted it. Thank you so much! They also offer takeout.
