I wanted to share my recent experience with the store manager, Gracie, at Chipotle. Yesterday, I picked up my lunch order and noticed that the chips I had ordered were missing when I got back to work. To resolve this issue, I called the restaurant to request a refund for the missing chips. Terrible terrible customer service. I placed an online order for this disaster of a Boorito night while I was in line to see if the order would finally go through... it actually charged me but never went through so once I got up after 15 minutes in line I asked if they had my order. They didn't but told me to wait for a manager and she came and told me to call the 800 number and that I could wait in line to get my Boorito and I said I had already waited: she walked away. The place was clean and the service was good. My complaint is with the food. I come here once a week and have never had an issue till Friday of this past week. I ordered a bowl to go and the white rice was not cooked fully. It was more Al Dente but not horrible. I asked for Carne Asada and as I looked at the metal container with the CA it looked like it had been there for a good while and was low. I asked if some more was coming out and was told it will be 20 minutes for more to come out. It was 530pm.....why is there not a fresh one coming out already It is rush hour dinner time on a Friday! To be honest, the Burrito Bowls were already overpriced due to inflation, but now that you've decided to cut the portions of rice and beans in half, this place has turned into a complete joke. The protein portions were never very generous to begin with. I'm done.

The manager was so rude, i found some pieces of the top part of the avocado in my guacamole, and she said ok and, I'm going to tell the preps. No, sorry, nothing. And the guy who served, wow inpatient and was our first time there we don't know how to order.
Terrible customer service at this location. The food is awful and not fresh. The chicken was burnt and the portion sizes are way small I do not recommend this location. They literally had no napkins available and no spoons very long wait in line.
The restaurant offers fresh food and is very clean. All the staff were dressed in Halloween costumes as Mario characters today, and they were incredibly friendly! The location is fantastic, and the quesadillas are delicious.
This was the first and last time I went to this restaurant. The guy who was serving the food was very rude. The meat was dry. The cashier guy was polite. The tables and seats were messy.

I ordered the Carne Asada bowl. Not as good as it looks on TV. Save your money. Veggie bowl is a much better value.
