Chipotle - Réservation de table

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I placed an order through the app and arrived 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. They told me to wait until my order was ready. After 15 minutes, they still hadn't even started making it. About an hour after I placed my order, I inquired about its status and was informed that I would have to wait in line with the other 20 customers, even though I had already paid and waited. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and seemed more concerned about my presence than acknowledging my wait. There wasn’t even an apology for the delay. I'm tired of restaurants like Chipotle closing their doors early. It's 9:34 PM, and they have already locked up. When will someone take responsibility for their inconsistent hours? If you're open until 10 PM, you should stay open until at least 9:45 PM. This particular Chipotle seems to do this all the time. If they focused more on running a good business rather than keeping unproductive employees, this issue wouldn’t exist. Plus, when you try to make a complaint, you can’t reach a manager—just an automated system that keeps repeating itself. This is the second time it's happened, and I won't return to Chipotle again. Neither will my family of seven.

Used to love this location but now I guess corporate greed has taken over! VERY skimpy portions now (see photo) I got half steak half Barbacoa and i counted literally 7 small cubes of steak. if you're going to give less portion size you need to reduce the price! You cannot both increase the price and give less food. Pick one! extra cheese costs extra now I guess even though it doesn't on the app. Overall unhappy with this location now.

One of the best Chipotle. I drive from Blaine just to come here. The meat and rice are always fresh. The people here are always smiling. The service is excellent. I don't even feel bad driving pass the 2 Chipotle by my house. Keep the great customer service.

Ordered a steak bowl and got absolutely no meat at all. Thankfully I had left over steak from last night at home to cut up and throw in. Also got a burrito and did not get any salsa in it. Terrible. Second time in a row that this location has been horrible.

Nope! Hope it won?t make me sick. I needed something to eat to keep driving, and usually Chipotle is cleaner with better service. These workers need some serious training. Discourteous and hard to understand. Don?t waste your money.

I bought burrito bow steak. for $10.93. I found just 6 pieces of meat. Are you kidding me???? ? The bow was on half of empty. Not good. Almost $11 for almost nothing bow. And 6 small pieces of meat. Nat good. Réservez une table maintenant

Ordered online and picked up order and it was completely wrong. It was steak instead of chicken. There was hardly any rice, no sour cream, no fajitas. Had hot sauce on it. I couldn't even eat it.

The nice woman made my carne asada bowl like I asked not a lot of everything. It's always too much food. I would rather pay full price for a smaller portion.
