We went here after working very hard at work me and my boyfriend and the food was good. Chipotle's always good because it's very tasty. The The reason I'm getting it four stars is because they were out of ice and it's very hot here today in Texas it was a hundred and four degrees was the high so I really needed ice but sometimes restaurants run out of things and I guess that's fine. The place was a little crowded and the table we sat down out was dirty but they were also very busy so they may be could not have gotten to that table to clean it. Absolutely the worst service I have had in years. I cannot believe that this store is allowed to treat people this poorly. I went in to place a to-go order. The lady at the counter ignored me while she was reading a piece of paper and after waiting 5 minutes she finally helped me. I ordered double chicken but she only put one serving. I asked for chips and guacamole and they only put chips in my bag. Finally, I specifically asked for a receipt because it was a business expense and they didn't do that either. I have tried the call the store for the past several days but no one ever answers. Please, out of principle, go to another location that will value your patronage.
Have been to this location various times and each time something goes wrong. On my last visit there was a men's hair in my food (2 days ago) but I gave it one more chance to see if it would happen again and sure enough I found a women's black hair in my bowl by PULLING IT OUT OF MY MOUTH. The hair is explainable as no one at this location wears a hair net. Secondly I requested lettuce and the worker PICKED THE LETTUCE UP OFF THE COUNTER (LEFTOVER LETTUCE) and put it in my bowl. Though some of the staff are understanding and nice i will definitely not be returning to this location.

Ugly attitudes from afternoon shift counter workers; like if you are bugging them to just order. Had the music too loud with profanity (definitely not kid friendly, unless you’re ok with them listening to profanity). I couldn’t even hear the guy asking me what I would like. Mid order I gave up trying to explain what I would like when the girl started to add whatever she thought I said and giving attitude. Let’s just say I came home with a messy halfway wrapped burrito and salsa spilled as she threw it in the bag before handing it to me.
I hadn't visited a Chipotle in quite some time, but was recently brought to this one. It reminded me why I love Chipotle and their food. My burrito was crafted perfectly with all the ingredients evenly distributed. It was delicious and the customer service was exceptional.
Good experience overall. The staff seemed a bit bored and kept staring at our family, which was a little uncomfortable, but I understand since I've worked in a slow fast food restaurant before. The food was decent.
It was very good. Plenty of food as I could not finish my bowl. I would definitely go there again given the opportunity.Food: 5/5
