This restaurant is not recommended. The manager and staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. I come here for lunch every Wednesday out of convenience, but the service is consistently slow and disorganized. There are usually at least 8 employees working, yet the wait time is always over 30 minutes. Today, I decided to order online to save time, but my order was still not ready by noon. When I asked for a refund, they were unapologetic and unhelpful. The staff seem disorganized and unclear in their roles. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I rarely give reviews on Yelp, but I came just to give this Chiptotle 5 stars. I eat Chiptotle (not kidding) at least once a week. I've been to all of them in the bay area. This one always remains my go-to. The food isn't over salted like in Castro Valley, it's typically consistent. The best part is they are always playing great music and have the best vibes!!! I love how their employees are friendly and funny. There have been plenty of nights I was in a sour mood and I go in and have myself re-energized with their positivity. Thank you!
Out of all the tons of places to eat around here, this one is my favorite ! Nightimes are always packed, so know what you want when you get to the counter because they expect you to know especially if you been waiting in line. This makes sense they needto keep the line moving and only have a limited menu anyway ! No wonder it takes so long for online and in person orders, theymust be doing something right. This is why they sometimes run out of food before closing, its fresh food and theres a line outthe door an hour before closing.
Poor service once again! I'm sitting here waiting on my guacamole to be made for 30 min and they already made my food. When i was here last time everyone ignored me while i was waiting to get my preordered food. I'll remember to never come here again. I get home and the guacamole they supposedly made fresh is old smh.

Chipotle overall was off the hook! I loved the professionalism of the manager that helped me out tremendously and I'm very grateful for her. I had a rather large order for a picnic and making the decision to order from Chipotle was the best decision Imade???? thanks Chipotle and Stafd for an awesome experience.
I was here recently the place was a mess, the employees weren't engaging with customers but playing, yelling .. it looked sounded like I walked into a wild party. I'll never go back have already shared this disappointment with others.
I ordered a veggie bowl to go and when I got home, I noticed that the guacamole was really dark. It didn't seem very fresh.
Real friendly staff and very accurate in what they do to getl orders by phone or internet up and ready before you get there
