The drink station also had no ice and no utensils. When I asked the staff how I could eat my burrito bowl without a fork, they suggested I use a tortilla instead. However, I have celiac disease and cannot eat tortillas. The staff member was silent and seemed unable to offer any alternative solutions for my situation.
Eventually, we decided to pack up our food and take it home. This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I understand that there may be a shortage of employees, but the management really needs to get things in order. Every time I order for pickup, my order is never ready on time. On one occasion, I waited 40 minutes, and when I tried again, I had to wait an additional 25 minutes beyond the expected time. If you can't fulfill timed orders, then don't offer that option. As if the lengthy waits weren't frustrating enough, they also got our order wrong on both occasions. If I have to wait 25 to 40 minutes past the pickup time, I expect my order to be accurate. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this has been a consistent issue. It's the only Chipotle where I've experienced these problems.
Dining at this restaurant is essential, but the establishment itself is in need of improvement. The salad bar is often devoid of fresh vegetables, and the staff appears uninterested, as if they'd rather be anywhere else. They seem to lack enthusiasm for the usual tasks. The tables either aren't cleaned properly or have a noticeable residue from the cleaning solutions used. I've witnessed customers picking up online orders having to wait in line because their meals aren't ready. It’s disappointing to see a restaurant in such a beautiful location facing these issues.
I have given this location SO many chances. Recently, I have realized nothing is going to change here. I understand staffing challenges, however please at least have the products people are looking for, and stop being SO rude to the customers. Today they were out of chips, hot sauce, and chicken. We were told they were out. None in the store. Then we get barbacoa and they serve us this. Is t this supposed to be shredded? Disappointed is an understatement. We won’t be back.

I visited this restaurant last night with a friend and was shocked by the long wait for our burritos. We stood in line for 20-25 minutes, moving at a snail’s pace towards the register. It was clear the restaurant was understaffed, as two employees kept coming to the front only to vanish into the back. When we finally received our order, the steak was cold, the rice was dry, and the lettuce was wilted in both burritos. I likely won't be coming back to this location again.
First of all I ordered online and it wasn’t ready on time or so it was but the person couldn’t read my name so when asked he told me no it wasn’t ready yet they were behind, fine the whole world is behind but then to be told it was there the whole time! So cold food, uncooked rice it literally was crunchy no chicken in there, my husband had no quac and my food was presented like this! The people working were rude this place needs to close down end of story
Honestly everyone’s sentiments are accurate. I went here when they opened at the place was disgusting. The tables were filthy, there was food and trash on the floor, and there was some type of water leak at the ordering area in which they had no caution markers or attempted to wipe up. If it’s nasty when they open that means the closers don’t clean up at all. Who’s the owner of this franchise because this repulsive.
Nice Chipotle grill.. Plenty of parking in the parking lot as it is a strip mall with multiple businesses. Only a couple of minutes off of the highway. I got there a 1/2 hour before closing time but they were able to accommodate. Staff not overly friendly. Good tasty burrito. Not the best chipotle grill experience I'd had but tolerable.

Restaurant always seems to be dirty. Don't bother ordering online unless you plan to wait 30 plus minutes after your order time. Come on chipotle update your web page to reflect the restaurants actual wait time. So disappointing how down hill this chain restaurant has become in general.
