This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to in last 10 years or so. THEY STOP PREPARING FOOD AFTER 8 PM. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. Rude people will serve you with left overs as everything is getting finished, will charge you full value for less than half the meal as most of the things are over and they are not preparing anything else after 8 pm. Save yourself from an unhappy meal, find anything else to eat but not at this Chipotle location.
The presentation was terrible; it resembled soup rather than what I expected. The woman at the cash register insisted that this was what I ordered, but if I wanted soup, I would have asked for a bowl. It feels rude and disrespectful to treat customers this way. Additionally, there was a significant delay, and after a long wait for my online order, they completely ruined my lunch.
We went in here the counter was a complete mess. Food was everywhere to a point where the lettuce, corn, guac, sour cream were starting to mix. If you can openly have a messy, disgusting counter like that i can only imagine what the back looks like. We didn’t even order, turned around walked right back out.
This restaurant serves smaller portion sizes. When I inquired with the staff about it, they mentioned that this is standard for their servings, but they are significantly smaller than what you would typically expect. It seems that the staff could benefit from some retraining on portion sizes. Réservez une table maintenant
Please don’t go here, the staff is so rude and the place is so dirty. I’ve been to so many Chipotles and this has to be the dirtiest one. The way they keep the food is so dirty that I didn’t even eat the food here. Please Go eat somewhere else where they serve clean food!
Service is not really the strong point. The staff is not very friendly. Worst part is they wrap up things much earlier than the advertised store hours and doesn't replenish even around 45 min before closure. Had 2 experiences along same line.
Bad service, they run out of ingredients and charge you full price and don't tell you ahead of time. Place is filthy and the food is of worse quality than other locations around. Just drive another 10 minutes to a different one.
terrible experience, got frozen guac and asked for a new bowl. then got dirty looks from staff and a staff member screamed at me and looked like she wanted to fight me. never coming here again. disgusting. Réservez une table maintenant
This restaurant has a good chipotle option in the area. It is considered one of their top locations. However, there is heavy traffic nearby, which can be a downside.
