Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food here is fresh and delicious. It's similar to Subway; you go through the line and select your toppings for your bowl or burrito. Personally, I find that one bowl is enough for two meals. You can also request chips if you'd like. Everything is consistently good and fresh. The staff is friendly and attentive. It seems like the cook in the back truly enjoys his job, as he sings while he works, and it's nice to hear his cheerful music.

This location can be quite inconsistent. At times, the portions are generous, while other times they barely fill the bowl. The guacamole can be spot on one visit and off-putting another time. Sometimes all the ingredients are available, but there are moments when they only have rice and cheese. Additionally, the staff's knowledge and skill can vary greatly from one visit to the next.

I really love Chipotle! On my recent visit, I noticed some improvements. The portion sizes were just right. This was my sixth time dining here, and both the quantity of food and the service have gotten better. The dining area was clean, and the line moved quickly. Parking is a bit tight, but it's adequate for the busy hours.

I would give them a no star. Every dang time I order food from here I get something different. Today they forgot the black beans and I wanted chicken and carnitas. Only found 4 little peaces of chicken no carnitas at all. Réservez une table maintenant

The chairs are uncomfortable for dining, making it hard to truly enjoy a meal. Additionally, the air conditioning is set too low at 60 degrees, making the place quite chilly.

Tables were dirty, floors were dirty. Looks like nobody wanted to clean. Bathroom no soap! Customer service good food good but won't return to this location.

Their customer service completely sucks. They get every order wrong and they literally run out of every single time I?ve gone it?s ridiculous.
