I was really disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I ordered a Chipotle and requested two small containers of regular cheese for my kids, but I was charged $1.15 for each one. The employee didn’t mention this fee, and I didn’t see any signs about extra charges for cheese on the menu. I don't mind paying a little extra, but not that much! If I had known, I would have preferred to order chips instead. Additionally, on November 4, 2021, I found a hair in my food, and I have attached a picture of that. The manager really needs to ensure that staff are more careful.
I have been ordering at Centreville's location for the past 15 years and the quality was consistently good. Lately the food's quality has been awful; tateless rice and meat and always something wrong in the order I order online. The avocado is almost $3 extra and we got, for the 2 orders, junks of avocado not smashed and spoiled and sour. The personnel must not be happy working there.
I have a son with celiac disease, and when I requested that the staff member change her gloves, she reacted with annoyance and questioned my request, even after I explained that the food was for someone with celiac. It’s important for the staff to be trained to recognize the significance of gluten contamination. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience today.
Every time we've visited this location, there's one lady—unfortunately, I haven't caught her name yet—who never seems to give us even a half scoop of anything. She's quite stingy with the portions in our burrito bowls. During our most recent visit, she was even discussing my girlfriend and me with other employees. We'll be avoiding this Chipotle from now on.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I've ordered through the app several times, and about 70% of the time, my order has been incorrect. The food quality isn't great either. You’re better off going to Qdoba—it's definitely a much better option (or even Taco Bell), where you can trust they won't mess up your order!
I eat chipotle 1+ times a week and I always get the same thing. This bowl was done perfectly, especially the chicken and (I can?t believe I?m using this term but it came to mind) this chicken slaps. Service was kind despite the place being busy(dinner time). Thank you all for a notable experience.

Not sure how this place only has 3.7 stars. This is the only chipotle that gives you a normal portion of meat rather than all of the other places around!! And their food is always delicious. Never a miss!
