Awful location—do yourself a favor and steer clear! This isn’t my first bad experience here. Yesterday, I went to order three items for my family, and the staff was incredibly rude. The woman taking my order rolled her eyes when I mentioned that I wanted three items, and when I asked for a side of salsa, they outright refused to provide it. I also ordered a side of tortillas, paid for them, but they were missing from my bag. I also paid for guacamole, which was absent as well. When I inquired about my missing items, the staff offered no assistance and simply said, "Sorry, we don’t have it." They took my money but didn’t deliver what I ordered. The new pollo asada tastes awful! The quality of Chipotle’s protein has really gone downhill. Ordering through the Chipotle app is a completely different experience than ordering in person—the ingredients aren’t balanced, with some bites too salty and others bland, making for a terrible overall flavor and a total waste of money. The staff at this Chantilly location are unprofessional and careless with orders. I definitely wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.
I always look forward to my lunchtime favorite at Chipotle. Since it tends to get quite crowded during lunch hours, I make an effort to arrive either before or after the rush. The food is consistently fresh and well-prepared. However, I’ve noticed that they sometimes have trouble keeping the preparation area clean. I've brought this up to them multiple times because food safety is an important issue. Thankfully, I've never experienced any illness after eating there.
To make things worse, my dad found a piece of plastic in his burrito bowl during dinner, which was quite alarming. Overall, the staff at this location were unfriendly and seemed disorganized; the woman who prepared my burrito was unable to wrap it properly and simply placed it in a bowl instead. Furthermore, there were issues regarding basic hygiene (please see the photo below of my mom holding the piece of plastic from my dad's bowl).

I usually visit two different Chipotle locations twice a week, either the one in Chantilly or the one on Main Street in Fairfax. I truly wish the employees at this location could be trained like those at the Fairfax store.
The burritos at Chipotle Mexican Grill, whether wrapped or served in a bowl, are absolutely delicious. The cilantro rice is perfectly seasoned. The menu offers both beef and chicken options to choose from. Be prepared for a long line during lunchtime, so patience is key. The staff is friendly and helpful. Personally, I prefer ordering takeout rather than dining in.

I've visited this Chipotle location twice in the past few months. The other day, they seemed to have just recovered from a busy rush. They informed customers that they were out of chicken and it would take 20 minutes to prepare more. I decided to go with my second choice and opted for steak instead.

The food was outstanding, and the service staff was exceptionally cheerful. However, the restroom could use some updates, and it might be best to relocate the drinks area away from the entrance to the restroom. On a positive note, there is ample parking available.
Overall, the staff was unhelpful and inefficient. Their behavior was rude and discriminatory. This establishment should be closed down!
