The only reason why this place gets any customers is because it's the only one near UMD. everytime I get a burrito here it always ends up being smaller, sloppier, and more poorly wrapped than the last. This restaurant can be a bit hit or miss. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, and the overall presentation is quite messy. There have been times when I’ve received undercooked food or noticed that the portions are smaller than expected. However, the wait time is usually quite short, even when there’s a long line. Be aware that items like chorizo and other specialty meats may occasionally be out of stock, so it’s a good idea to ask upon your arrival if they have what you’re looking for.
I like coming the most to this chipotle to the fact that they give you way more food than other corporations in other areas i recommend . Go in the 2 or 3 pm that crew is great workers friendly environment . I order a burrito and came out to be agreat size that they had to wrapped twice with the flour tortilla and i didnt add any extra . Burrito was wrapped correctly .
The restaurant owner/ manager whatever he is named Manie was very rude and disrespectful, I saw him talking down to one of his employees and I would hate working there. I don?t know how he got his position but corporate needs to handle him.
