My husband and I visited this diner 3 times while we were in the area. Twice for dinner and once for breakfast. We were seated promptly. The tables were disinfected and they put up plastic panels between the booths. The servers were very friendly and courteous and you can tell the staff bonds well together. When you spend 38.00 for food you want REAL FOOD. For a place that prides itself on From farm to table , you could have fooled me. My chicken fingers were nothing more than a plank version of McNuggets I expected real not processed chicken. Hubby ordered eggs over easy and got some strange looking scrabbled eggs- that weren 't even fluffy! The bacon had no taste but lots of grease and I think the biscuit was last used as door stop! I 've been to many diners, THIS is no diner. Diners have soul, love and personality you can taste. This place has NONE of that. Wow! Wow! I will never ever again go to Silver Diner in Greenbelt. I gave them another chance and it was an Epic Fail. We called the order in, and my husband specifically asked if there were celery seeds in the coleslaw and was told no. However, there were celery seeds in there!! When he got there for pick up, there was no coleslaw, so he had to ask for it again even though this goes with my sandwich it was not extra. He ordered the spinach and the size was like a spoonful. This does remind me of old diners! The music is from the 50’s and 60’s even with a juke box at the table! My friend had the fried fish dinner with fries and I had the crab cakes and fries. We both had Caesar salad. All the items were fresh and dinners served hot and plentiful! We enjoyed the meal and would recommend the Diner. Our server, Anton, was a delight!

I was surprised to find a delicious vegetarian offering at a diner! The Thai Cauliflower Quinoa packs a lot of flavor and texture into a bowl that neither offends with too much heat or disappoints with a lack of seasoning.
Great service and food. Due to COVID our party had to be split between two table but we were seated right next to each other. The food came quickly and we had an excellent waiter. I would return and recommend.
They seemed to do a great job to keep staff and customers safe during this pandemic. Social distance between tables was great to see. Even though we took ours to go, it was good to see.
Food was great! Really original type dishes. The atmosphere is fun! Only gave it 4 stars because the service was lacking. It definitely didn’t match the vibe.

The Caramel French Toast and Eggs are fantastic! The French toast is both soft and crispy, while the eggs are perfectly seasoned and delicious.
Very nice experience of the American culture ahaha I love it! The food is good too : I really recommend it!
