Friday, 19th august 2022 2:40 watch the young lady who made my bowl rolled her eyes and was extremely rude after I had decided to add one after she had already added the last step of salat that she was so harassed that a loud sigh came out. we then proceed to pay and ask for a bag of chips and pay for it, but we didn't know until we came home that we never got our chips. as seen on the pictures, we have where they complained and eat our home chips. a very disturbing experience. unfortunately never again to buy from this place.
2 stars only because we've been going to this location for 2 years and in the past few months it has gone down hill quick. Last time we got our food to go when my wife opened her own with guacamole there was literally half of an unsmashed avocado in it. Noseed or shell but still. This time we went there and we got home to realize the rice is way over cooked and clumped up intomushy rice balls. Well be driving farther to go to a different location from now on.
I don't eat at Chipotle often because it's quite pricey, and each time I go, I remember why I avoid it. The server initially gave me just a small portion of rice, and even when I requested more, I received only a meager amount and a generous helping of sour cream instead. We ordered three bowls and one drink, which totaled over $40. For that price, I expected to get more food without constantly having to ask for extra portions. Overall, I won't be returning.
I dont eat chipotle often because it's so expensive. And every time I'm reminded why I don't go. The server gave me a sprinkle of rice and when asked for more he did but gave attitude, doesn't even give me a full scoop of meat but gives a river of sourcream. We ordered 3 bowls and 1 drink it was over $40. Each bowl and each topping needed to be asked if we could please havemore, as if we're begging for what we're paying for. Definitely not going back.

I visited Chipotle at 1:22 and was out by 1:30—super quick service and the food was great! However, one aspect bothered me: the cashier's attitude towards the salsa worker. It was clear he was new, yet instead of offering help, she was quite rude and gave him major attitude. I didn't catch her name, but she was an older lady at the register. On the bright side, the salsa worker had a wonderful attitude and was incredibly friendly—he was fantastic!
The to go worker is LOST. She has no idea what she is doing. They are losing track of orders not sure what order is being made or who it belongs too. Wait times are ridiculous. The line is going faster that ordering ahead. Terrible service and when asked about it they look at you like your stupid.
I give it 5 stars and non mexican, Mexican food. It tastes good and has a good price. We love it for quick and easy on our way home from doing other things.Vegetarian options: Love the sofritasParking: Not a whole lot right outside. Sometimes have to park in adjacent lot, but close walk, not bad.
Went to grab lunch today. Got a chicken bowl. This bowl was the only thing I've consumed today. A little bit after, been nothing but nauseous, lightheaded, and feel ill. Please check your chicken temps before taking it off the grill..

this chipotle can not seem to get an order right. 3 3 orders in this month that are wrong. false protein, missing rice, wrong product together, missing more articles. don't waste your time or your money.
