There was 2 people at the register. I payed for 2 bowls had to wait 10+ minutes for one of the bowls because they ran out of meat. While waiting on the second bowl I ended paying for both bowls before my second one was completed. When I finally received my bowl one of the 2 people at the register told me I had to pay .53 cents because I had a tortilla in my bowl. As I explained to him I already payed for both bowls and his explanation as well as his attitude was not nice or okay. I should have read reviews first.I ordered online, got a burrito and a sprite. Came in received my bag from the young lady at the register, then I realized she didn't give me a beverage. So I told her I didn't receive my sprite. She then, only after I said something tells me they're out of sprite. After that she just stared at me, until I asked for a replacement drink since I already paid. That's not the terrible part though. The burrito was disgusting. It was cold and I was on time for pickup. Whoever prepared it just plopped the ingredients in it without spreading or dispersing them to make any kind of sense. As soon as I open the burrito..one side rips open and all the guacamole and salsa...
I don't eat it a lot, but if I do, it's my place. The lines are usually long, they move fast. Customer service is great and the seating area is usually clean. The in Silver Springs was a little chaotic because customers left napkins on the floor and tables. I had only a bad experience in Chipotle and that was the one in Iverson Mall. The guacamole had become brown and so they served him. I'm not going to this place anymore. I always ask for some more black beans and Fajitas on my Chicken Bowl. All ingredients are fresh and looks good. You have the best corn I've ever tasted. And the salad dress is the best. I found a t-shirt that says Extra Like Guac!
Chipotle is a tough spot to judge as a shopper rather than a guy who came out of the industry. I often fighting my negative comments to only talk about the good. Well there is no bad here. Silver spring restaurants are on point and even the Chipotle is clean, customer friendly and they have a very efficient to go line. So ordering off the app negates the time needed to stand in a long line. Hang out and check the scenes and sites and when they app says it's time, skip a line. The food is ok. I'm not the biggest fan of the actual food, but for what it is, it's a great Chipotle

In comparison to other locations, this Chipotle sucks. Oftentimes, they are missing ingredients (i.e. guacamole), but don't put up signs stating such, so in you won't find out until after waiting in line and ordering. Servings are not generous, and food doesn't always taste fresh. Overpriced, especially for the vegetarian options. Lastly, the way the staff walks around carelessly swiping the same dirty rag over all the tables without properly spraying or cleaning surfaces is gross. This is the location closest to my house, but I'm taking the kids somewhere else....
Every time I order from UberEats, the food arrives stale. Today, I ordered guacamole which was mushy and lacked flavor. When dining in person, the experience is much better. The staff should be professional and not cut corners just because the customer is not physically present.
I am extremely disappointed. I waited for over 15 minutes with only one server attending to four customers. The manager, a lady, seemed to have no regard for customer service. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
cleanliness, no safe distancing, small proportions at quesdilla, and employees cough in register. save their time and energy and get them chipotle only outside of silver jump overall.
