Not surprised this location has 2 stars. I come to Chipotle often, I'm talking 4 times a week often. I love eating here because I have severe tree nut allergies and Chipotle is a nut free facility. I am also very allergic to avocado, so when I order my veggie burrito that comes with free guacamole, I always opt for the queso instead to avoid my allergies. I walked in to this location today and explained my allergy to not one but two employees and said I'd like the queso instead to which they said okay to. After paying, I realized I was indeed charged for the queso. When I brought it up to the cashier, whom I believe his name is Henry, he couldn't even make eye contact with me. He looked away...
This is the worst Chipotle. I won't give them anymore chances. They are always out of something. Today it is sour cream and chips. Plus they want to charge $1.25 for extra rice on a veggie burrito. It's worth the drive to the one on Folsom blvd. I can't wait to see what replaces them cause they are obviously on there last keg.
I believe this is the best place to eat at Chipotle. The location on Fair Oaks Boulevard is the cleanest I've encountered. It's the only place where I didn't see any flies buzzing around the food, and there weren't any overflowing buckets of old food. I hope they continue to maintain these high standards.
Horrible service. Extremely rude, giving ridiculously small portions. The woman legit dropped/tossed our sides of guacamole after I asked her to put a little more in because there was a lot of emptiness. Not gonna go back. Going to the other one nearby with 4+ stars and 500+ more ratings.

I had a frustrating experience with the server at this restaurant. They served me a shredded beef dish that was so juicy it overflowed from the bowl. By the time I got to my car, it was leaking everywhere. I had to go back inside to ask for an extra tray and some foil to contain the mess.
Racist, Every location I go to my portions are always smaller than the guy in front of and behind me. It’s like they are trained to do that. I’m ready to report to BBB because this is sad no matter which location it’s the same thing, it as to be corporate.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The server was not attentive, and as I left, a lot of juice from the crushed beef spilled out of the bowl and onto my car. I had to go back inside to ask for another tray and slide to fix the mess.
This place is terrible when it comes to online orders. I had at least 5 cases where my order is MIA. Today was the last straw. I wanted FORTY MINUTES...
