This restaurant is well kept and maintained.. the staff are trained well and offer excellent service, with no attitudes.. service provided is often quick and your order done right.. haven't had any bad experience here at all,, though indoor dinning is not permitted in many area restaurant, at least they have outdoor in tables and are kept clean after being used by previous customers.now bout their food,, it's difficult to choose an order because They All taste in yummy.decent portions of food is well worth its cost moderate)..always cooked when ordering,, no heat warmers, jus straight to the Grill ,, good place to have lunch and dinner. Choices of white or brown rice,, that's one of the reas...
This was my first time having WaBa Grill I'm extremely pleased! I'm currently on a very strict diet they were very warm courteous to my needs! They made it ordering quick, simple easy! I got the signature house salad with grilled chicken (no dressing/ sauce) the chicken breast was very fresh juicy! It was delicious! I would definitely visit this location again!
There are still some issues. I simply asked for a bowl of rice and meat, but they charged me for a full bowl while only providing half the amount of rice and meat. The meat was dry and unappetizing, and the rice was mushy, tasting more like paste than actual rice. I doubt I'll be returning for what should have been a straightforward dish.
First time visiting a Chipotle. Arrived at this location before lunch time just to learn they did not have any cheese, guacamole, corn, or receipt paper. Location not managed well, food with limited options was nothing special. Will not bereturning to this location or likely a Chipotle.

I received wilted lettuce at this Chipotle, and the staff was unhelpful when I asked for fresh lettuce. They refused, insisting that this is how it is at this location. This is the worst Chipotle I've encountered in Southern California, and the service was terrible.
Why? Why? I ask for chicken or Carne Asada It doesn't matter I get a half scoop like it's coming out of there pay check. But sure scoop the rice and cheese on. I just want some protein. Is it that hard. Cheap servings at high prices. Every time!
Not sure if they used too much preservative or if the food gone bad after long storage, the salmon tasted bitter. I had them remake but it still tasted the same even after they cleaned the grill. NOT a very healthy place to eat.
It takes too long to get your food. I'm just gone twice. For the first time, they stole my money from a gift card. The second time I gave some chickens and rice. Never come back.

Hardly any chicken. This place is horrible. Only reason I get it is because it's close to home. Compared to other spots this is shameful.
The food is great, just switched to brown rice from white big difference great flavor. They do need to serve more rice into the bowl.
