I had a disappointing experience at Chipotle, not due to the food but the abysmal service. Upon entering, I received no greeting. The employee stood engrossed in their phone, only to lazily approach me with a blank stare when prompted. Their lackadaisical attitude was appalling. As someone with customer service experience, I understand the importance of professionalism. Paying customers deserve respect, not indifference. Remember, leave your personal issues at the door; you're there to do a job, so do it properly.
You serve the best chips I've ever tasted—just the right hint of lime and salt, creating the perfect balance. The food is also fantastic. The guacamole comes at an extra cost, but it’s worth it because it’s so delicious. The customer service is consistently polite and professional.
I absolutely love the service at this restaurant! While the steak is a bit pricey, it's still delicious (and I keep ordering it)! You have to consider all aspects – the atmosphere and the quality of the food. Both elements consistently impress me every time I visit!
The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. I also loved the selection of house music. The atmosphere had a clean, almost sterile feel to it. The food was consistently delicious, just as I expected. I will definitely be back soon!

Chips were so stale they couldnt be eaten : . Ill forgive this since its a one time occurrence. Everything else including their amazing guac was delicious.

Nice staff, clean restaurant, food was great. I don't eat cilantro and they always have plain rice available!
