I️ wanted to thank the Bridgewater Chipotle for their careful and friendly service yesterday so that my son could safely eat something in your restaurant with a milk allergy. We stopped for a late lunch and even though I had packed food for him, it was not busy, so I thought it was a great opportunity to discuss my concerns. I just wanted to start, so I just asked for one side of rice. As one of the employees (not sure whether he was a manager or just really nice, care guy) overheard me explaining my need for fresh rice due to an allergy, he came right past and asked me about the allergy and offered to help. He asked if I wanted white or brown rice and if I had simply or flavoured it. I said...
Wow was I impressed with this place. The line out the door is that long for a reason. The staff is very friendly, and once they caught wind that this was my first Chipotle experience, they hooked me up with an amazing burrito. The best part was because they knew it was my first time, they gave both me and my girl our burritos for FREE! Support this restaurant, the staff definitely deserves recognition for being so incredibly awesome.
