If I could give 0 stars I would. I have now tried this place 3 times and each time has been HORRIBLE. I love chipotle and other locations have been good but this location is just horrible. Tried 3 different times coming back. Rice was not cooked like at all it was crunchy and wet. Steak and chicken both undercooked and almost made my fiancé sick. We ended up throwing the entire order out because it was just pure garbage. Wish I could get my money back. Shut this location down. This is what happens when you have half ass teenagers cooking things that they don't care about! RIDICULOUS
I love chipotle usually but this case was pretty bad. Ordered a burrito bowl with guac and steak, guy writes letter on it. I notice large family ahead of me has same letter on their burrito bowls so I keep a close eye on my burrito bowl. I see it get mixed up and say that's my order, get told that I'm wrong because one is colder. I say okay... get home and check it. It's completely wrong order, no guac. Also what's going on with the steak? Did someone spill salt all over it? I hate to leave a bad review but come on :
This is a chipotle. That tells you what you need to know. However, this special position is good, and the waiting times are generally not too long. The staff is generally friendly and prompt (I never had a bad experience) and the food seems quite freshly prepared unless you come shortly before closing. The bathrooms are always something valuable, and they keep them here very clean, which is very appreciated! All in all, if you feel for a burrito of a big company, this place will fit the bill.
very very good food, very very smooth and convenient online ordering setup, this was my very very first time 'experiencing ' Chipotle and when I got there they were putting my food together and I got to witness it up close, and I had a very very awesome back and forth with the staff about how much to put in each item (the tacos I ordered were like on steroids lol), I am very very full right now, overall very very great eating excursion

This restaurant is my favorite place. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. Whenever I feel like having a good meal, this restaurant comes straight to my head. extremely good and many types of food and a large menu.helpful team, and nice vibes. Also important, the cost is reasonable. I praise this place with no doubt.

Happened upon this lovely Chipotle on my way back to the city. It's nothing special, but man the staff are SO nice!! The best customer service I've ever received at a Chipotle especially in a time when no one seems to want to work. If I lived closer I would come here specifically to this location. Food was fantastic too!!!
This location is sub-par compared to other Chipotles in the area. I used to visit the Downers Grove location every few weeks but since moving I tried to go here and the portions were significantly less. I rarely visit this location due to reduced portions and not getting enough value for what I'd expect from a Chipotle.

still terrible. even more than before. why always work 10 people, but only 1 run the line and the rest stand around the back and how often do they run out of coke? also a tortilla with a hole in the middle is really not good for everyone. just say. at least my chips were not stabbed this time.
