chipotle in valley west mall, west of the moines, ia I wanted to eat with three others. the staff was very nice, the food was in order, the last time I went a few years ago. but there were no pleasant things, and this restaurant is so dirty. first, the serviettes, the hot sose and salt and pfeffer that were present a long time ago were missing, if they want to eliminate the supply of bottles of hot sose for health reasons, they should provide packages. the same with salt (we asked us were given a small vessel with salt). but every table was dirty, covered with food. floor covered with rice and other food detritus. we asked for a wet wut to clean our table, they brought a dry towel and put ev...

This place makes great burritos as most already know. The chain knows how to keep the ingredients fresh and tasty. It is like a Subway for burritos. They let you make your own and pack it full! Main reason I give this place 4 stars is many times this location has young kids working that don't care so much. My burrito this last time was not tight at all and was a mess, and my friend got a much smaller salad than usual. So inconsistent service is the downfall. If you want tasty burritos minus rat meat, this is the place for you.
these were the worst people I have ever met. They were complete jerks and it was the worst costumer service i've ever seen in my lifetime. my family didn't do anything to deserve the judgment and eye rolls that were given to us along with snarky and rude comments. This used to be a great chipotle, no one should ever go to the des moines mall location, unless you want to feel like complete **** after.
I am officially not ordering from this place anymore. I have eaten at numerous Chipotle's over the years. I order the same thing. Twice in the last month I have had a bad reaction to the food. I never do at the other places. I'll spare the details, but I don't trust this place.
