I can see why there is so many bad reviews for this location. You guys need workers with better customer service. This was the most awful service I?ve gotten in years yet alone chipotle. I?m a faithful chipotle customer but the girls who worked night shift tonight make me never want to come back. I asked a simple question about slicing a quesadilla four ways because it was for a child and it?s easier then that thick two slice cut in the middle. Two of the girls refused to do something so simple for me, saying corporate won?t let them. Ummmm corporate won?t let you cut it 4 ways what ??? The Longbeach location had no problem with that! Girl with the purple hair, why are you so upset? we heard the girls who went out when we said they were unpleasant. I ordered and paid all under 30 seconds. that is because it rushed through the entire process (no, there was no line of customers waiting). said I thank her after I paid and she went away. my friends have ordered to me that she was just as rude. They just feel that they should be a little nicer for people, especially when they work in the front.
Every time I come no matter what time or day they always give you the smallest portion of meat here at this location! I paid $17 for a bowl with extra meat bc he put one scoop of asada I asked for more meat they said they have to CHARGED for double meat! $5 for ONE MORE scoop of meat?? Unacceptable! This is the third time they do this to me Will never return to this location.
Not coming here again, the most Odd Chipotle I ever came to. Their prices are not listed for tacos nor don't serve large Quesdillas to customers only online orders. If you want better sales provide more value then just name of products. Provide more info on items that are present.. don't allow customers to guess what's available on the Menu .....

Friendly staff and clean place. Otherwise this is same chipotle you would find anywhere else.It makes it special because of the friendly staff.Would definitely recommend to have food and experience the friendly nature of everyone at this place.
So I love chipotle. But this location lacks people that want to work . Tables are always dirty, and the food trays are always empty looking old and dirty as well. Just wanted to share the experience to maybe help this location in the future .
I love chipotle, and I had a pleasant experience at this location. Employees were nice. It was a regular transaction, nothing out of the ordinary. Food was delicious, served hot. Portions Were decent. No complaints.

This restaurant is intriguing. The food I tried was tasty, but it didn't quite feel authentic Mexican to me. While it was enjoyable, I didn't love it enough to return if I was specifically craving Mexican cuisine.
The service was excellent and the carne asada had a delicious flavor. I ordered the burrito and it was a generous portion.
