Chipotle Mexican Grill

I can see why there is so many bad reviews for this location. You guys need workers with better customer service. This was the most awful service I?ve gotten in years yet alone chipotle. I?m a faithful chipotle customer but the girls who worked night shift tonight make me never want to come back. I asked a simple question about slicing a quesadilla four ways because it was for a child and it?s easier then that thick two slice cut in the middle. Two of the girls refused to do something so simple for me, saying corporate won?t let them. Ummmm corporate won?t let you cut it 4 ways what ??? The Longbeach location had no problem with that! I have visited this Chipotle three times recently and each time they were out of ice for the drinks. It would have been nice if they had offered a cold drink as a substitute, but it seems like customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. The service is lacking, although the food is tasty the portion sizes can be inconsistent. The prices are reasonable depending on your order. There is plenty of seating available, but parking can sometimes be difficult to find.

We ordered 3 burritos and 2 orders of chips one with salsa and one with guacamole. Didn't get out chips and the burritos were smaller than taco bell and cost almost $13. I don't think we'll be going back there. You can't even speak to someone on the phone. Very disappointed

This restaurant is intriguing. The food I tried was tasty, but it didn't quite feel authentic Mexican to me. While it was enjoyable, I didn't love it enough to return if I was specifically craving Mexican cuisine.

The service was excellent and the carne asada had a delicious flavor. I ordered the burrito and it was a generous portion.
