Chipotle Mexican Grill

There is no excuse for rude employees. The cashier Cassandra and the girl packing to go orders need training on customer service and teamwork. Due to their rudeness chiptole just lost 2 customers. I visited at 8pm on a Wednesday w my husband. Theyneed to do better about keeping items stocked and not running out of things like Chips. When we enter the store they had a longline of 10 to 15 people. So before I even got in the line. I asked Cassandra if they had plenty of chips and she said they did.But by the time I got to order my food, they had run. Out so I asked how long it would take to get more and she responded w 1 to2 minutes..I waited 20 minutes and by the time I finally got them my fo...

Excellent experience at this Chipotle today. Customer service is everything and, while I didn't get his name, one of their staff members was exceptionally hospitable today. Might I add that the new steak is awesome. He was in the midst of preparing a freshbatch when I arrived, so I had to wait, but it was well worth it. Admittedly, I've been to this location on days where thecustomer service was less than stellar, but it was on point today. You have to give credit where it's due.

17 bucks for some half asssed tacos with barely any meat. The employees were more concerned with their personal lives than making any sort of quality product. I didn't pay for an attitude, just simple tacos. I'd hate to be a manager at this place.Prob don't have one.

I?m a simple ape, when I ask for double meat I expect my bowl to weigh 10 pounds. This chipotle, depending on the workers has hit the spot. I?m sure during volume hours it?s probably pretty rough, but when I?ve gone I?ve enjoyed it

Well they use real avocados. Please see sticker found in guacamole. Glad I check my food before eating. Guess I can't catch a break eating out, just have to eat at home. This is unacceptable, shouldn't even be an accident.
