Chipotle Mexican Grill

Horrible service. I love chipotle and typically go to the Aventura one where service is always good. However I went here and was treated incredibly rudely. The lady who started me off at the station was deaf or something. 1st I said a kids build your own then processed to tell her what in it. She said huh? I repeated it again and she’s like what’s that? Staff has no idea what’s on the menu completely unprofessional. 2nd after having to yell so she can hear me she got my first item then I proceeded with my order and said a kids quesadilla meal and she said burrito okay. I said no kids quesadilla meal. She then got mad at me because she wasn’t listening and start d arguing that I said burrito. When the other person with me heard me clearly say quesadilla. 3rd after making my first 2 items I needed 2 more bowls. In which I said and she rudely ignored me and walked away. Like I said incredibly rude, unprofessional and zero customer service.

The store was short staffed and instead of serving the customers who had already ordered and paid online, they kept serving people walking in.More than a dozen people were waiting for their overdue orders when I arrived to pick-up ours. Others were already upset and had complained and the manager on duty simply said he was short staffed and continued taking MORE orders and serving new customers instead of preparing food for those who had already ordered and paid.Although my order was supposed to be ready when I arrived, I waited another 30 minutes and my order never came. Nor did most of the other deliveries and pickup orders (Chipotle really screwed over those delivery drivers who lost money waiting on this food).Worst Chipotle experience ever.

every chipotle I was in bad shape last year and this is not taking off. everyone who goes order has something wrong with it. do not worry about commanding you. it will last forever. they will stand there and be ignored by employees and if they ask for an update to their order, they will keep them. they are short-occupied and overwhelmed and I don't know what management is doing. they are running out of Causes and just give them up. the area of food preparation is a chaos. they pour meat so carefree that they must be careful, there is no meat in their buzz or sofritos when they are vegan or vegetarian. time to give up on chipotle for a year or so and see if they have a return to a kind of acceptable level of service.

Honestly, this was the best Chipotle experience I've ever had. This location is very clean and it was very nice inside. I must praise the workers for being very fast and efficient. The lady who makes my bowl made it at speed and has everything right. I have a bowl of white rice, vegetables, carnitas, salad, corn, sour cream and cheese. (My great combo) The portion size I was given was huge and could feed two people. I also have an Agua Fresca and it was very refreshing and beautiful. Not too sweet and had a tasteful taste. 10/10 Experience

Very popular Chipotle location in North Miami. Definitely always order on the app before time and simply board for a simple pickup, otherwise the line can be a little long during the peak hours. #chipotle #mexican #grill #cocacola #northmiami #florida
