The rice was undercooked and had a crunchy texture, while the meat tasted old and was filled with large chunks of fat. My fiancé even had to spit out a mouthful. Shoutout to the staff working at the Queensbury Chipotle on Wednesday, 10/13/21. I placed a very large order online for a meeting at work after discovering the store closest to me wasn't accepting online orders. They called to let me know that they were short staffed and likely wouldn't have it ready by my requested time but were trying their best to have it ready as close as possible. Try ordering online and it said cannot place online order , everything is sold out ! Yet I go in person to place my orders and see 3 young ladies chatting about life in the takeout section. This place is always bustling, but they are incredibly efficient! Even the new staff at the registration desk were quick to get help if needed. The food is fresh and the portions are generous. The Sprite was out of order, but by the next day it was up and running again. I will definitely return!
Terrible food tonight Quesadilla kids meals had orange and drink but the quesadilla had minimal cheese and was in palatable. The adult quesadilla had two mashed together and stuck to the foil. Also had to search to find the chicken. Really bad experience Will not be back to this Chipotle
Usually I love this place but yesterday I went and they were closed. This was at 8pm. I overheard the worker telling another lady they were closed and then proceeded to walk over to a parked car and talk to whoever was in the car.

We’re thrilled to have a location nearby! Our kids love it just as much as we do. The food is consistently delicious and fresh, the manager is very attentive, and the place is always clean.
