I recently had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location. I placed an order through the Chipotle app and, after picking it up and getting home, realized that both bowls I ordered were incorrect. I returned to the restaurant to inform them about the mistakes. The employee handling online orders was quite rude when I asked her to correct the bowls, and she prepared them in a rather aggressive manner for the second time. This location really went downhill. I have ordered from here ever since the location opened and have always enjoyed their food. However, lately the staff has been putting in minimal effort into the service. The tacos pictured were supposed to have lettuce, salsa, and sour cream on them but we just got meat and cheese. I have also stopped ordering guac because the last (3) times I ordered the guac is brown and tasteless, which should not be the case considering how it is $2-3 extra. Also it is impossible to get in touch with the restaurant, I tried to get in touch with them after an issue with my delivery and I could not get anyone on the phone. I ordered 2 simple burrito white rice chicken sour cream queso and cheese I spent about $30 dollars on those and as a costumer I expect a good portion of food instead they gave me a little tiny burrito It's not even worth paying 30 dollars when they give food that can be worth 10 I work in a restaurant too and Ik it can be annoying receiving orders when they’re about to close but come on your not working for free so you have to earn your money. very disappointed and I don’t recommend this anymore.
One of my favorite Chipotle, they are clean, professional, friendly, and offer the right amount of food if you get there before 7 pm because, after that time, five start services go to 3.They try to close the line early because if you arrive at 8:30 they will always be out of something. I understand that you were trying to close and leave, but that doesn’t mean you have to stop preparing food an hour early. They need better management with time.

Trying to get ahold of a person at the store was PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE. The automatic system is truly the worst I have ever delt with. I placed an order and wanted to speak to a person in the building about an allergy of mine and I speak 15 mins trying to get ahold of a person. AND BEVER WAS ABLE TO. This is absolutely ridiculous and not at all good service.
Just ordered a chicken dish and was sad to see that it wants to open every chicken. The whole point of a chicken dish is the chicken and they totally don't have it. I don't understand how hard it is to forget the first choice of meals, but this place is terrible.
I already lost count of all the times that Chipotle left me owing money every time I go there I always owe a dollar two dollars fifty cents it's always the same I think that with everything they owe me I could buy a car
1 steak burrito w/queso quac a small drink and chips with questions $25. The burrito was huge but had little flavor. The staff seemed annoyed and literally threw the ingredients together. Not a fan. First and last time.
