This Chipotle is hands down the best one around. I would gladly drive all the way from Tampa to this location instead of going to the ones in Tampa itself. It might sound a bit extreme, but I encourage you to try this place and then compare it to the others in Tampa. I recognize that quality can fluctuate based on management and staff, but my experiences here have consistently been positive. The bowls are always well-made, without too much water from the corn or pico, served warm at the very least, and they actually offer a generous portion—unlike the ones in my area.
I had a negative experience at this restaurant. The cashier was quite rude and threw my money back at me, despite there being hardly any line. It's surprising to see how flustered the staff seem to be and how often they're in a bad mood. As someone who works in the service industry, I understand that we all have tough days, but I still believe it's important to treat customers with respect. If you're unhappy in your job, my advice would be to consider finding a new one.

If you have a gift card already added as a payment method, you can't add another one to complete your purchase; you're forced to use a major credit card or Apple Pay. This glitch definitely needs to be fixed. That said, the food itself is generally quite good.

I had an amazing experience at Chipotle! The chips were fresh, the guacamole was tasty, and my chicken dish was more than enough for two meals. I've visited other Chipotle locations, but this one outshines them all. Even during the busy lunch rush, everything was exceptional. I can't wait to return soon!
My favorite restaurant! They use fresh ingredients and serve meat and poultry that is free from antibiotics. The establishment is always clean, and the staff strictly follows all food safety protocols. Overall, my experience here is always enjoyable and professional.
Chipotle is decent, but it's definitely overrated. We spent $50 for three people, and neither of my sons finished their meals. I don't think it's just the location; I believe it's more about the brand itself. Personally, I found it just okay.
