Chipotle Mexican Grill

Perhaps the negative reviews reflect a different manager because Nick, the manager during our visit, was exceptional. He made the visit with my three daughters the best I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. I normally split a few burrito bowls with my girls, but he did it all for us. He went above and beyond making sure we had napkins, forks, and tortillas for everyone. It was such a blessing I actually went back in to take pictures and leave a review.

Great service! Store was clean and the customer service was great. The staff was friendly and Bre (I am not sure if I spell their name correctly) but she was helpful, patient and responsive. She was quick to help. I had moments where I was uncertain and she gave me the room to place my order as I wanted. It is nice to go to places and helpful quick help.

Fantastic. I have placed an online order to pick up at the Eden Prairie site at 1:30. I showed myself very early with the full expectation of waiting. I just wanted to read on my phone, but I was immediately helped. In and out of service. The young man with brown curly hair is great. I'm definitely a recurring customer.
