Chipotle Mexican Grill

Hello, THIS IS A WARNING!! Be AWARE!! I ordered a vegetarian bowl from this restaurant on 11/01/2023, thirty minutes after I ate, I became severely ill, sour/upset stomach, nausea, vomiting, and I had diarrhea, I went to the doctor and I'm currently on antibiotics, the doctor told me that I had food poisoning. I'm currently experiencing diarrhea this is day 8, I've lost pay/earnings due to me calling off from work. I became ill on last Wednesday 11/08/2023, some of the chipotle staff had lied about who the G.M manager were, the GM of this location hasn't returned one of calls at all. I've reported this to chipotle corporate office, and the health department. I WANT TO WARN OTHERS about this...

I went to grab dinner with my son and I was DISGUSTED by the scene!!! It was a COMPLETE UTTER DISGUSTING MESS!!! There were MANY employees standing g around talking, texting and drinking bottles of soda while standing and looking confused. They were or seemed to be unsure of what they should have been doing and yet there were orders to be filled everywhere. The guacamole used to refresh what had ran out hadn't been covered while stored it was BROWN all over the top. PLEASE BE WARE!!! PLEASE EAT WITH CAUTION!!!

I would like a chicken burrito with less brown rice, please. Do you prefer white or brown rice? Less brown rice, please. The server adds two scoops of rice to the burrito. I asked for less brown rice. That means just a little bit. You should have mentioned that earlier. I confirmed the beans were correct. Would you like any meat? Yes, please. I specifically ordered a chicken burrito. I would like chicken on my chicken burrito, please. Is it too much to ask for you to pay attention and listen?

Because of this location, I will never step foot in a chipotle ever again. I don't even understand how it is possible for an establishment to be ran so poorly. Nobody can even roll a burrito properly, ice cold chicken, tiny portions, rude employees. This location should be shutdown immediately! It is not functional, and is so disrespectful to customers to have to be served this ****. Réservez une table maintenant

Placed an order for pickup at 11:30 (supposedly they open at 11. I get there and there is a line of people waiting as the doors were still locked. They finally opened about 10 minutes later. Come to find out, NONE of their mobile orders were received on their end. They said the option was to get in line which was now long with other customers to get your order. Hot mess!

The food was not fresh and I would recommend double-checking your order. We received two bags of chips that were extremely stale. The burrito bowl was covered in the chips and was not enjoyable. My bowl was missing ingredients and the quesadillas were tough and cold.

The restaurant is very inconsistent. It seems like there may be a staff challenge, as you never know what to expect. My recent order of a rice bowl with chicken was very bland. The rice was missing cilantro and the chicken was extremely dry.

Extremely dirty. Tables have liquids spilt on them. Floors need to be swept and mopped. Bathrooms need to be cleaned. Workers not changing their gloves. Réservez une table maintenant

FYI Don 't be fooled by the responses from Chipotle help. There is no actionable follow up or attempt to understand the issue.

Friendly staff that nicely and quickly prepare your entrees, go to chipotle not because it's close but because it's consistent
