Update: I ordered again today and I was welcomed halfway through my burrito with a giant piece of plastic or something with chipotle logos on it. This place is ridiculous. I?ll add the pic to the restaurants photos. Needless to say, I?m done with this location. Previous: This is the worst location I?ve been to and the problem is it?s always consistent that something here will be subpar mixed ingredients in burrito, cold meat, tiny portion, etc. It just really sucks it is also the one by my place. Review added on April 19, 2022: I've had a great experience with pick-up during my visits here. The staff is wonderful! I was the first in line one day, but the register wasn't working, so they told me to sit down and said they would take care of the payment after my meal. They are so friendly and accommodating. The portion sizes are generous, and I've noticed them offer a second burrito several times for those who find their first one too big to finish. My pick-up orders are always ready and accurate, which isn’t something I can say for many fast food chains. They excel at handling custom orders and truly make their customers feel valued.
This place is very hit or miss. I would strongly recommend placing online orders here. For example, I set an online order 30 minutes before picking up, and I had to wait another 20-30 minutes before I was able to get my food. They are usually very busy for dinner time, but for some reason their online orders are not their priority. I could have waited and my order faster than in contrast to the order online. Very backward. I've been a Chipotle client for over 10 years. That's the worst place I was.
Please for the love of god train your employees to not be so skimpy on the portions! All I want is to enjoy a meal but every time I order, I get a different sized portion. Tonight it was 2 tablespoons of rice, 6 slices of pepper/onion, and a half a bag of ?large? chips. The meat portion wasn?t great either, but whatever. Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants, and I really appreciate their pre-order feature. I do wish they would put the pickup shelves back in the dining area, as it can be a bit crowded when groups of three or more come to pick up their orders, often getting in the way of customers at the checkout. The staff managed the situation well, but I believe there could be a more efficient solution.
I recommend avoiding online orders at this restaurant. They consistently provide only half the food compared to what you receive when ordering in person. The staff is often indifferent and sometimes rude. Additionally, they have a tendency to close the store unexpectedly at 8:00 PM and only accept online orders. The location itself isn’t great, similar to many Chipotle locations these days.
The only downside is that the ordering process is frustratingly slow. The wait times aren't accurate, and it would probably be quicker to go there in person. Even with a few minutes of preparation time, it's better than waiting 45 minutes for an online order. There's a reason this place has a 3.9-star rating. Customers are spending their hard-earned money, and you should keep that in mind.
