Update: I ordered again today and I was welcomed halfway through my burrito with a giant piece of plastic or something with chipotle logos on it. This place is ridiculous. I?ll add the pic to the restaurants photos. Needless to say, I?m done with this location. Previous: This is the worst location I?ve been to and the problem is it?s always consistent that something here will be subpar mixed ingredients in burrito, cold meat, tiny portion, etc. It just really sucks it is also the one by my place. I?ve visited dozens of chipotle?s because it?s one of my fav restaurants, but in the last couple years the restaurants food quality and service have totally tanked. Dude, don't even try online ordering here. I order a burrito with beans, rice (extra), chicken (extra)...nothing else...and if I order it online it comes out looking like I got a half a scoop of everything. It looks like a scrawny breakfast burrito or the average human penis. This has literally happened the last 4 times I've ordered online and I complain every time bc it's 15 bucks. Just go wait 20 minutes in the line if you want normal serving sizes. If you read all of the reviews below they're all complaining about the same thing. Do something about it or I'm taking 100 percent of my business to Qdoba
We had my daughters graduation party yesterday and she loved Chipotle and I 'm tired of missing the party because I 'm in the kitchen. We decided to ordering catering. BEST DECISION EVER! Placed the order Thursday and everything was ready at the scheduled pick up time. Everything tasted great and it was so easy! We chose to order the items that are Chipotle specific (rice, beans, guacamole, fajita veggies, salsa, queso, and chips and buy easy sides like sour cream, lettuce, and shredded cheese. Ver satisfied with the service. Thanks so much!!
This place is very hit or miss. I would strongly recommend placing online orders here. For example, I set an online order 30 minutes before picking up, and I had to wait another 20-30 minutes before I was able to get my food. They are usually very busy for dinner time, but for some reason their online orders are not their priority. I could have waited and my order faster than in contrast to the order online. Very backward. I've been a Chipotle client for over 10 years. That's the worst place I was.
Please for the love of god train your employees to not be so skimpy on the portions! All I want is to enjoy a meal but every time I order, I get a different sized portion. Tonight it was 2 tablespoons of rice, 6 slices of pepper/onion, and a half a bag of ?large? chips. The meat portion wasn?t great either, but whatever. I want to keep going here but I?m going to have to stop if something doesn?t change.
