Chipotle Mexican Grill

Along with all the other negative reviews, I will say that it really just isn’t that hard to get an online order correct. Please make sure your staff don’t have underlying mental illnesses because with the way food is made here is seriously scary. My order was nowhere near correct. Not just that but who would order a bowl with just beans and meat? that could be eaten in 5 bites. This place just confuses me. I will be contacting everyone I need to contact at chipotle to make sure justice is served.

I ordered through the app (4/1 around 5pm). The staff doesn't seem to know the words extra and double. I paid an extra $5 and added meat and add extras such as vegetables and rice cheese, but there is no corn, salsa and guacamole (extra $2.65) is as much as a snot. Is this really 21 bucks?I'll do the same next time and see if it makes a difference. And if it doesn't change, I'll keep complaining.

This used to be my go to Chipotle. However, the past few times I’ve ordered from here the portions have been so small. Sides of queso have been less than half full, double protein has been less than a standard protein amount, and any time I ask for extra anything it just does not happen. Furthermore, the staff really isn’t helpful in correcting issues and couldn’t care less about complaints.

This location was top notch when it first opened. Now the last 4 or 5 online orders I've done had something wrong each time. Constantly running out of basic items during lunch and dinner rush such as chips or chicken.

Excellent Service and Food. I have not dined in at Chipotle for a while and this location was excellent. Good quality, good tasting burrito.
