I 'm posting to Google because I 've had enough with this particular location.. Any time I get food from here there 's always an issue. I don 't know if it 's just that they 're too busy, or people just fail to pay attention to what others are ordering. Nevertheless, last night I specifically ordered a salad which you can see in the receipt. The order was prepared at 8:20 p.m. and delivered to me at 9:20 p.m. . I was irritated because as you can clearly see on the receipt I was supposed to get chips, a salad with chicken, black beans, veggies, tomatoes and corn, with salad dressing and as you can see from the bowl ...not salad, I received rice which I didnt ask for, a little bit of lettuce a...
I had to wait for my rice to be fresh and my steak to cool down, which was fine since I wasn’t in a rush. I just wanted to make sure my food was hot. The woman working at the tortilla station barely understood English, but she was doing her best—bless her heart. However, the woman shown below clearly wasn’t having a good day at work. First of all, there’s no point in wearing a mask if it’s just hanging on your chin. She seemed indifferent, like she didn’t care or didn’t want to be there. The counter was dirty too—come on, Chipotle.
My experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill was terrible. The cashier rushed through my payment only to quickly help the next white customer, which made me feel discriminated against. I won’t be coming back. When I finally got my drink, the same white employee questioned me about one of the items on the menu, and I just told her I didn’t know before walking away. This was one of the most racist encounters I’ve ever had. For context, I am Black. The only reason I’m giving one star is because of the kitchen staff.

I?m so tired of this location. It?s the one nearest me but always has a problem. For instance, June 4, 2022 about 9:30 pm there is no more steak. Now whether it?s because y?all ran out or because the staff is lazy? but it?s the third time I came here withno steak. I?m tired of it? last time coming to this place July 2, 2022? I AM TIRED OF THIS LOCATION! YALL THE NEAREST TO ME ANDITS STILL A PROBLEM TO GET SOME DAGGONE FOOD! Smh!
I wouldn't quite say that I'm vegan, but I am making a lot of dietary changes this new year, and one way of doing that is going to Chipotle and getting this meal for under $3 $2.71) to be exact. It's only rice fajita veggies, but its healthy, satisfying cheap. Happy Eating ?...
I regret making the trip there since they closed their doors at 7 PM. It might have been due to only handling online pickups, but I was able to go inside and place an order with the help of a woman. I’m a big fan of Chipotle, but this experience was disappointing.
Waste of Gas Mileage they locked the doors at 7pm could have been earlier reason being they're only doing on-line pickup but if your a female and get the dred head attention you can go in and order fresh... I Love Chipotle but this was a bad experience
