The WORST restaurant, particularly because of the non-existent customer service from the employees that work there. We went to ask a question about our online order and the minute we approached the counter, one of the employees acted as if we were dumb and couldn’t read the 10+ signs about ordering posted all over the store. The employee automatically assumed we were going to try to order inside and told us it was online ordering only. They didn’t give us a chance to ask what we may have even needed first, which was strike one. We told the employee that we had already placed an online order (over an hour ago), but they told us to check the shelf for our name. Eventually, we found out our order had ended up being taken from the shelf by another person, which was strike two. We had waited around for our missing order only to find out that they also couldn’t even remake it for us (ran out of some of the ingredients), which was strike 3. Strike 3 and we were done and out. We were given a general customer service number to call since the employees couldn’t even bother to help us in the store to refund the order. The employees are always rude every time we’ve gone, but this time was the very last strike. We took our business elsewhere and will NEVER be coming back...
