eating is good, but the service is terrible. the last two times I went there, I came to the time that my online order said. the cars went through once, maybe every 5 to 8 minutes, because the woman in the inner, instead of opening the window and commanding the riders to prepare instead new accusations. I sat in the window and watched her, and finally she took mine out of the rule and gave it to me. how long can it take to open the window and give the bags that are already built up? when I left the cars yesterday, they were lined up on the road that was waiting for ready-made appendages.
the personal is very nice, but if the register does not go down, it ran out of huh, or they wait for a long time when they go into the chipotle because they care about online orders or transit orders before them. not the best experience I have ever had, but since I love chipotle so much, I will probably not go to this place, although it is extremely close to me and convenient. it sucks that I have to go out of my way to another place because it is not very reliable.
I came here yesterday 1st february and had a great experience that influenced me to come back today 2nd februar, and I swear the moral at the place was completely different, it is when the manager was nerve for all or get something like that, but the first time here was amazing, the conversation was great the service was fast and then was told to me today that they are not open when I was waiting to go through the door and how I could wait
This is by far one of the worst Chipotles I've ever eaten at. I've been here now 3 times, and the food was awful each time. Rice was so undercooked once it literally made me sick.Staff is also extremely rude, as if you are inconveniencing them. I don't understand how a new location can be so bad.

Need a new cook my food was not good. I'm not a hard reviewer but the food was poorly seasoned and my rice was cold. I understand they are a new location and this will take time. But as of now I'm unimpressed especially to be apart of a chain of other locations, unacceptable.
I give them 5 stars. Every time I come here my food is always taste fresh and hot. I like how I be in/out, don’t have to wait in a long line. I never had any issue with this chipotle. I would come here before I go to the one in South Euclid.
eating is good and fresh, but don't order online or call them. I ordered online a burrito bowl with everything on it. I picked up my order and went. I have to work to find, there was no rice, cheese and no extra meat
Absolute worst Chipotle do NOT go here you will never get your food. They closed the doors to go inside and the line is moving at about 1 car every 10 minutes I don't know what they could possibly be doing in there.

One day they're open cash only, next day they're closed, next day cards only, next day online ordering only, next day closed. Zero consistency. Have a backup plan if you plan on eating here.
Much better than the University circle location. The chipotlane is amazing and they always have my food ready on time. Would reccomend.
